Paige & Guy are the people behind the brand, they met in Sydney where they lived for several years, then moved to Melbourne for a few more. It is in Melbourne where they fell in love with the coffee culture and felt inspired to bring it back to Dublin and create similar, meaningful experiences.

Starting off in a humble coffee trailer in the Blackrock Markets, the business then rapidly began to grow, fast-forward a few months and Guy's now has two beautifully different permanent cafe locations.
